• If your appointment was missed due to our closure:

It is uncertain when and how we will be able to accommodate appointments. We will be following guidelines put forward by the CDC, WHO and the NM Board of Cosmetology regarding capacity, distancing and limiting exposure.

Please sign up to receive instructions once our salon has a confirmed opening date.  Until then, your appointment is on hold. If you have purchased a gift certificate from our website during our closure and have an appointment that is on our schedule during the closure you will be called first for rebooking.

We will do our best to get all guests with missed scheduled appointments called as soon as we know our plans.  Please do not call or e-mail us regarding your appointment.

 

We may be calling from a blocked number so please try to answer if you can. There will be several of us calling from our personal numbers to get a hold of you as soon as we know our plans.

 

• If you would like to book a new, or reschedule a missed appointment:

Please sign up to receive instructions once our salon has a confirmed opening date. We are not able to book any appointments currently. Once we have a confirmed opening date we will send instructions through our e-newletter and get new appointments scheduled as quickly as possible. Please do not call or send e-mails at this time regarding making an appointment. We are busy planning our relaunch and will keep you posted.

 

• If you currently have an appointment scheduled for July or after:

We ask that you do everything you can to show up for all scheduled appointments unless you are feeling ill. Appointment slots will be in high demand and it will be vital we fill all slots. Please watch our e-newletter by signing up here. We will be sending instructions on what to do to be able to come to your appointment. 

 

You can expect your appointment to be honored unless changes must be made to the schedule in order to comply with orders given by our New Mexico leadership regarding health and safety.  If a change is necessary one of the Rock Paper Scissor Coordinators will contact you as soon as possible. Please do not call or e-mail us regarding your appointment.

 

• If you are a new client to Rock Paper Scissor or the Buzz or Blo Dry Bar:

We can’t wait to meet you! For the immediate future, we will not be able to book new clients. Please sign up for our e-newsletter. Once we are at a full schedule and capacity we will be sending an announcement letting you know the best way to book an appointment.  In the meantime, please follow us on our website and on facebook.
